User Profile

I am a mother of two, one is grown and the last teen recently moved to Charlotte N.C. for school. I am recently divorced and acclimating to having my own time and space. I have been a veterinary technician for 30 years and I work as a veterinary surgical anesthetist in a large primate facility in the midwest and in my spare time I also still work in private practice. I spend a large amount of time working with and traveling for Parkinson's research, training other individuals anesthesia for primates. I have been the president of our state association a few times and held other offices and currently I have been selected to be on the accreditation committee for the AVMA for a new program in the state. In my off time I am a blogger on another sight and I have been here on and off. I also write poetry on another site when I get around to it. I love to write prose and free verse. I also ramble about many things. I just need a place that I can therapeutically write out my feelings and not be judged. Welcome to the catacomb of my mind.......
